3 - 9: A Hasty Decision

When Rachel and Stephan were purchasing their first house, they had a baby on the way and had to rush their decision. The small old house no longer works for their family. Designer Hilary and her team will come in and make renovations to the home to bring function back into the house. Meanwhile, Realtor David will show the couple houses that could fit their family perfectly. And, in the end, Rachel and Stephan will have to decide what to do with their home. Should they Love It? Or List It?
