2 - 3: Bachelor Pad to Family Home

Rod and Jennifer got married and quickly started having kids. With three kids in just over three years, they didn't have time to change the bachelor's house into a family home. Realtor David and designer Hilary are ready to help the family find function and style. David will search for houses that will fit everyone. Hilary will transform the house to find purpose in the home. In the end, Rod and Jennifer will have to decide what to do. Will they love their revamped bachelor pad, or if they'll list it.
