2 - 12: From the Outside In

Mom Natalie and son Brandon have lived in their small home since Brandon was little, but now that he's older, they need more privacy. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help. Hilary and her team will renovate their house from the outside in to give them the low maintenance outdoor space they deserve and the privacy inside they need. David will search for houses with all their musthaves that will convince them to move. In the end, they'll have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It? Or List It?
