Kirstie Allsopp's in Cheshire with Ruth and Ryan, who've been spoiled by renting a house they can't afford to buy but hope to find something just as good for them and their young family. Even with a £750,000 budget, finding the dream home is still a challenge. Meanwhile, on the English-Welsh border, Phil Spencer's trying to find Peter and Kirsty an idyllic house in the countryside. They got married recently and rented while they searched for their home, but almost a year later they're still surrounded by unopened boxes and hoping the next house will be the one.
