4 - 4: Rick & Kerri

Rick and Kerri are currently selling their existing home and the smaller lake house they own in order to purchase a new, larger lake house that they can call their forever home. They are beginning their search for the perfect lake house by looking for an open-concept, modern home that is situated high above the trees and offers breathtaking views. Next on their list is a 10,000 sq ft home with two magnificent great rooms featuring soaring ceilings. Lastly, they are considering a beautiful traditional home that is built into an escarpment and boasts an impeccably designed exterior complete with a large boathouse and sauna. While any of these three houses would be a great option, Rick and Kerri are determined to find the perfect, luxurious lake house of their dreams!
