3 - 7: Casa Roma

Casa Roma, a Lancaster, CA, family-owned Italian eatery, packs in the customers at the bar, but the restaurant stays empty nearly every night. With a clueless kitchen staff, outdated décor and inexperienced owners, Casa Roma is going to be one tough job for Chef Ramsay. The visit gets off to a bad start when the food for Ramsay's taste test takes over an hour and he falls asleep in the booth! Will this family get their act together or will Ramsay be forced to take drastic measures?
