3 - 5: Lido Di Manhattan Beach

Chef Gordon Ramsay attempts to revitalize Lido di Manhattan Beach, a failing Italian restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA, but upon entering the kitchen, he's so disgusted that he shuts the restaurant down. Owner Lisa is a business school graduate who took over the restaurant at age 23 without any prior experience in the food service industry. When Gordon gives Lisa the cold, hard truth about what could happen, she realizes she must institute his drastic changes in order to protect her investment.
