5 - 14: Baby on Board on Duck Island

Ryan and Julia have just found out they are expecting their first child, and they're eager to move from Raleigh, North Carolina, to the quaint town of Duck on the Outer Banks. The couple loves the family-friendly atmosphere of Duck as well as the many water activities associated with living on an island. Ryan and Julia hope to find a large home with a pool that's close to the beach and town so they can enjoy all their favorite activities with their new baby.
