Anthony is called in to help out the New Yorker Boutique Hotel in Miami, FL. The mother managing the property is suffering from MS and trying to raise triplets, and doesn't understand the first thing about reservations and corporate bookings. Her husband hasn't got a clue, so Anthony will have to bail them both out.
