2 - 1: Building Home Base

When multiple divorces and changes in employment brought Helga and Jonathan's four kids and grandchildren much closer to their 30-year-old home, it became clear that the idea of being "Empty Nesters" was out the window.  Now they need Mike Holmes and his kids Sherry and Michael to transform their dated, divided main floor into a highly functional, open concept, family home-base that can stand up to all their busy, multi-gen family can throw at it.
