Jess returns to work, and suspects a boy she's treating is being abused by his stepmother, while Jac urges Ric to give her a permanent position at Holby. Mark challenges Diane over Frank's DNA test, and when the truth is confirmed, he takes his frustration out on Chrissie. However, when they reconcile over a drink, he considers telling her the truth.
