7 - 8: Stretch It Out

At the ranch kitchen, Guy Fieri wants to stretch it out. Chef Stephanie Izard starts things off with a Poblano Mezquila Julep before priming her perfectly Grilled Pork Coppa and Pork Coppa Pozole. Chef Maneet Chauhan gets extra keen on her Beef Keema Vindaloo and swoons over her Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie. Chef Michelle Bernstein piques Guy's palate with her Arroz con Pulled Pollo and doles out plenty of Picadillo Empanadas with Chimichurri. Chef Jonathan Waxman wows with his Whole Poached Chicken with Spring Vegetables, then follows it up with a Chicken Panino.
