Alex Guarnaschelli makes cheese the star with a mouthwatering, melty-hot brie sandwich with a tangy cranberry vinaigrette and Eric Greenspan reinvents a traditional holiday dish with his crispy sweet potato latkes and marshmallow crème fraiche.
