Asthma inhalers make no difference, so doctor Caris considers the possibility that this shortness of breath could be indicative of a panic attack. Meanwhile, doctor Amir Khan meets Simon, a man with excruciating pain in his legs, and another patient receives treatment as he is suffering from problems with his hearing.
