How will the contenders cope as the orders come flooding in, with guests expecting a party atmosphere as well as top-notch food and cocktails?

Next, Gordon ramps up his demands to discover who knows the fitness food market. They'll need to master product development, marketing and design, then face a relentless Q&A from industry greats, including Olympic champion boxer Nicola Adams. Who will prove to be an all-rounder, and who will drop the ball?
