Teddy convinces Harry Wentz to follow his dream and opens Denver's first weather-themed restaurant. But when Teddy and Ivy join the staff as waitresses, they're shocked to discover they are part of the restaurant's hourly weather show. Meanwhile, Gabe uses Toby to convince a girl that he has a softer side, including showing her his "video diaries", and PJ and Emmett decide it's time for a baby walking rematch, but this time with tricycles.
