Mina and Karen buy a property in one of the most coveted and popular neighborhoods in Indianapolis. The incredible price only means more challenges as they quickly uncover some buried surprises that put the build on hold. When construction can continue, this four-bedroom home with an open floor plan and a bonus living space on the second floor will turn out to be their sweetest home yet ... if they can get past the fire code violations.
