In this episode, Karren meets a former Royal Marine who has overcome PTSD to start a woodland adventure business, but can it grow over the year? She also meets a pair of sisters who think that they have developed the perfect treat with their edible art chocolate. The cost of each bite makes it a high-end luxury, so can they get on the shelves of the likes of Harrods and Selfridges with no experience at all? Only time will tell.
