Some Tachikomas skip a maintenance protocol and initiate an investigation into the "Individual Eleven" on their own. Seeing this, Batou couldn't stop but feel uneasy. At the same time, an explosion takes place at the AI Lab. After the explosion, the only person who was supposed to be there, Prof. Asuda, could not be found. Not even his remains. While analyzing Asuda, the Tachikomas experience a deja vu, but there is no record of Asuda in the Tachikomas' memory. Then what connects Asuda to the Tachikomas?
