Whilst visiting Rachel at work, Phoebe has a romantic dalliance with Ralph Lauren, which lands Rachel in trouble with her boss Kim. But Phoebe hasn't revealed the full story. Meanwhile, Monica sets Ross up on a date with her workmate Hilary. He brightens up his teeth to impress her. But makes them unnaturatly bright, whilst Chandler despairs over how women-like Joey has become since Janine moved in with him.
