Monica becomes the victim of a bullying campaign by her new staff because of her bad review of the restaurant. She decides to hire Joey so that she can sack him and show her no-nonsense side. But things don't go according to plan. Meanwhile, Ross is pushed to breaking point when he finds himself in two long distance relationships. Elsewhere, Chandler sets a lonely Rachel up with a bunch of his colleagues to obtain a load of free gifts, whilst Phoebe struggles to write a Christmas song about the gang.
