3 - 13: The One Where Monica and Richard are Just Friends

Monica is reunited with ex-boyfriend and love of her life Richard Burke. She is adamant that they are just going to be friends. But sexual tension soon intensifies and they end up in bed together. Although they embark on a casual fling, Monica begins treating him like her boyfriend again. After scuppering his chances at blind date, Monica and Richard face the inevitable. Meanwhile, Chandler and Ross befriend Phoebe's latest boyfriend, Robert, who seems really nice except for one thing - he wears a pair of very revealing shorts. Elsewhere, Joey agrees to read Rachel's "classic" book, Little Women, whilst she agrees to read his horror book, the Shining.
