When Monica and Rachel's neighbor Mr Heckles dies and leaves them all his possessions, Chandler discovers similarities between his life and the miserable, lonely, senile Heckles, and tries to change his ways before he ends up with the same fate, calling upon an old flame for help. Meanwhile, Ross and Phoebe have a dispute about the progress of evolution.
