Season 3 opens with the realization that the economy has hit Jack's business hard. Because of this he was forced to hire new personnel and make changes to the business' course, with the focus on designing and remodeling homes for clients. Although Jenni Pulos returns, she raises Jeff's ire by crossing a line.
