Flavortown is already the culinary capital of high-voltage kitchen competition, but when Mayor Guy Fieri declares Over-the-Top Day, the chefs create dishes so whiz-bang wow that the judges' taste buds will take a bow. The competition's first $20,000 prize winner is back for more, but first, they'll have to take down Houston's BBQ pitmaster Michelle Wallace and Connecticut's culinary competition vet Adam Greenberg.
