1 - 5: Invincible

The artifact imbues a scientist, Carl Carlson (Saul Rubinek), with wondrous powers, but at a terrible price. Eventually Dr. Carlson finds out about the Artifact and runs from Stark, when Stark tries to get Dr. Carlson back, Carter is injured, and so Dr6 Carlson takes Carter to the Artifact and heals him, and then enters the Artifact, never to be seen again.
