10 - 66: North Devon

With a budget of £550,000, Jules Hudson is helping a couple fulfill their big property ambitions. They are looking for a detached house with four bedrooms, a large country kitchen and a level garden for their girls to play in, which in hilly north Devon, isn't as easy as it sounds. They're also after easy access to good schools and want to be within a 15 minute drive of the coast. To top it all, they'd like the house to come with business potential.
