Two escapees want to leave London and start a new life in rural Somerset. For their budget of £1.2 million, they are seeking a house and business combo. The family home should be set in plenty of land with a big kitchen, and a couple of good reception rooms. On the business side, they are after five holiday lets, or a house with B&B potential.
