Jules Hudson guides a retired couple in their quest to find the good life in north west Wales. With their children grown up, they have decided to sell their home of 28 years and fulfill their dream of finding a perfect country house. They have a budget of £450,000 and want enough land to grow vegetables and keep a few chickens, and a house big enough to accommodate the family when they come to visit.
