10 - 14: Devon

Jules Hudson is in Devon helping a couple with a budget of £550,000 find their first home together. Only their youngest daughter will be moving with them, but they would like to accommodate all eight children from previous marriages when they come to visit. They want a three to four bedroom detached house with a large kitchen/diner and plenty of outside space. Modern interiors are a must. In rural Devon this wish-list might make the search tricky.
