In Essex, PC Steve Clements puts his life on the line to stop another motorbike rider dicing with death in congested motorway traffic. Across the country, Birmingham biker paramedic Steve Harris races through packed city centre streets to help a man wracked by mystery convulsions. He has been fitting for over 10 minutes and Steve cannot work out the cause of his patient's dramatic collapse.
