Employees from True Home Value, a home remodeling company in St. Louis, MO, were given the power to make some tough decisions. The frustrated CEO handed over the reins of the company to his employees, offering the staff a chance to make changes in the workplace. The employees were forced to take a hard look at what is plaguing their workplace and will decide the fates of the bottom three employees who will plead with their peers to keep their jobs.
