In this episode, employees from DFX Sports and Fitness, the creator of a popular line of exercise balls that harness the science of gyroscopic resistance, based in Anaheim, CA, are given the power to make some tough decisions. The frustrated owner will hand over the reins of the company to its employees, offering the staff a chance to make change in the workplace - even if it means letting co-workers go. The DFX Sports and Fitness employees will be forced to take a hard look at what's plaguing their workplace and answer the toughest question of all: DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO GO?
