A body is found out in the desert and the guy's girlfriend is missing. After discovering needle marks on the victim's body Grissom turns to Lady Heather for help when he realizes that the needle marks are a form of S&M. She points the team towards a place designed for poetry and performing arts, but it has a back room perfect for S&M fantasies. Grissom and Lady Heather question their link and Sara questions Grissom's commitment.
