Kieran is flown in from a road accident with multiple injuries and two ruptured arteries. Gary has a torn aorta and requires urgent but dangerous surgery. Roy needs emergency surgery to remove a blood clot in his neck. Jonty has numerous broken bones and possibly serious internal bleeding after falling through a skylight.
