Dominic and Melinda are in Mitcham where Vivienne's dream of an extension so that her children, grandchildren, foster children and the elderly she cares for can all enjoy time together ended in tatters. The builder she employed told her that the work would be covered by a warranty from the National House Building Council but instead, her home has been left riddled with damp and mainly uninhabitable.
