andy and Keith are making the big move to Cornwall with a budget of £220,000. They are after the perfect forever home to retire in, which includes a decent garden for their beloved dog Peggy, and space for their motorhome. Their only struggle is the location, as Mandy wants to be beside the seaside, while Keith is after a rural retreat. They are joined by countryside expert Kirsty Duffy, while property developer David Bull is keen to show them the benefits of living by the coast.
