Having agreed to help Megan ease her suffering, Charlie is caught stealing drugs from the hospital by Tess. Megan becomes friends with her health care assistant, Lily, who confides to her that she is pregnant but doesn't know who the father is. Charlie asks Megan what she would do it she had three wishes. Charlie tries to make her wishes come true with the help of some friends.
