Following the car crash the staff try and carry on with their working lives. When Lenny's friend Davey shows up at the hospital he wants to carry out a plan they devised as children. When Davey carries out the plan their are major consequences. Polly finds her career on the line when her hearing is held about her conduct surrounding Alistair's death. Adam has something important to say to somebody.
