When Buddy is approached by Amtrak to make a train cake for National Train Day, he is thrown for a loop when he finds out how big they want him to make the cake. Back at the bakery, Joey asks Buddy if they can make a special cake to honor his fire captain at his retirement party while Mauro’s son Buddy helps him get healthy by taking him on a walk at lunch.
