Jim and Kim are looking to downsize in Toronto – from 20,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet, with nature views. The only problem is they can't decide if they want a condo or a house. Jay Egan is the realtor for the job but even with a budget of $10 million, finding a property with parking for 10 cars is a tall order. They explore some of Toronto's most affluent neighbourhoods as they search for a million dollar view to match their perfect new home.
