Property developer Guy Phoenix and his team tackle the construction of the top floor of his new superhome, that will require an enormous amount of steel to be craned in. Guy also decides that his own home needs some TLC with the addition of an enormous new kitchen, a luxury four-car garage and a bowling alley.
