Jon and Terry demo the first floor of a home to make a giant kitchen and powder room for a large family. But the renovation comes to an abrupt halt as they discover that the ceiling above them is ready to collapse. Jon and Terry also do quick fixes of a bathroom exhaust fan and a loose door
