Jack works his way through the conspiracy, targeting the higher-ups in his quest for justice... and vengeance. Meanwhile, President Taylor discovers the depth of her involvement, Chloe turns to a friend to help her trace Jack through Jim Ricker, and Meredith discovers that the President will go to extreme lengths to eliminate the evidence against the conspiracy.
