Noel finds a discarded positive pregnancy test. And if that wasn't enough of a shock for him, then that's nothing compared to the new mum-to-be... As the birth gets nearer, the new mum faces an even bigger test when her partner has a pre-birth meltdown. Can she help him come to terms with his new responsibilities or will it drive them apart? Finally, Noel and Sue arrive in Dubai for the trip of a lifetime.
