The premise of "16 and Pregnant" is disturbing enough, but this week it hit an all new low. Kayla is pregnant -- and anorexic. The teen constantly covers her belly in public because she feels "fat, not pregnant," she says. "I hate the way it feels." At 6-months-along, Kayla -- who was diagnosed with anorexia at 13 -- has gained only 12 lbs. and cries every time she looks in a mirror. "Is it possible to lose weight during pregnancy and have that be ok?" she asks her mom, Deb.
