Sometimes, we need to consider the fact that even employees also have their own rights to fight for. They have their rights for proper treatment, for exact or right amount of compensation, and the right to be given privileges as well as for their welfare. Bosses have no right to take advantage or abuse their employees even though they are the ones who pay their salaries because they are still humans who need respect and proper treatment. Also, employees must be assertive to know their rights so that no boss will abuse them either financially, emotionally or physically. I am saying this to all of you because this upcoming comedy film entitled
